The Personas Research Group’s Care-Giving ProfileTM is simple to integrate into your hiring process. Simply sign up, log into your administration portal and email the test link to a candidate as soon as they turn in an application.

Using the Care-Giving ProfileTM is simple

Utilizing the test at any stage in the hiring process is easy to implement

Assign the Test

Log on to Personas and assign unique temporary test passwords to each hiring candidate according to your subscription

Test is Taken

The candidate enters a password into the test portal to take a 20 – 30 minute assessment

Get the Report

The report will automatically be emailed to the designated test administrator and the used login will be disabled

Assigning a test

After logging into the administration portal at www.prgtest.net, you can assign unique temporary test password to each hiring candidate according to your subscription. Once the candidate submits the test, the username and password is automatically disabled.

Administering the test

The candidate enters a password into the test portal to take a 20 – 30 minute assessment (some candidates may take longer depending upon their reading speed). The hiring candidate will carefully read the test instructions to gain understanding of how to answer the test questions. It is important to communicate that they should carefully read this section before proceeding to take the test. Once completed, the assessment report will automatically be emailed to the designated company representative or test administrator and the used login will be disabled.

Administering the test at the very beginning of the application/hiring process so the Care-Giving ProfileTM can be used as an unbiased opinion to check against or validate the decisions made at each step of the hiring process.

The Finale

Administering the test at the end of the hiring process, using the test to simply validate or confirm the chosen candidates for that extra peace of mind.
